Catchin' up to do

Well, well. Skipped a couple months there. Went off and bought my first house in Sept and have been busy as hell with it ever since. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom "manufactured" home with a stand alone, stick-built 2-car garage on 3/4 of an acre. The lot is sort of wooded on two sides, and has a long privacy fence down the third side, so my backyard is relatively private.

The garage is what tweaked my interest in this place. The inside is basically unfinished, yet insulated. So, I've hung lights, put up some outlets and laid in places for ceiling fans. Just this past weekend, my buddy and I hung a pull-down set of aluminum attic stairs. There's a long way to go to turn this place into a functional wood shop, but it is well on it's way.

By "functioning" I mean income generating, too.

I've made my first mortgage payment so, only 29 years and 11 months to go!
